Why I'm here
I never in a million years would think I would ever have a blog. But then again, I never thought I would work as a Spinning instructor either. The reason I created this was I have been asked many times about the music I use in my class. I try to keep it new and exciting each week and I am so happy students seem to enjoy it. Hopefully, they will get musical inspirations from this blog and maybe some other ones along the way, about this wonderful and sometimes scary adventure we call life.
