I’m leaving tomorrow for the World Spinning and Sport Conference in Miami. I’ve been looking forward to this ever since I attended last year. It was a lot of fun meeting other instructors, especially ones who feel passionate about what they do and want to be better. I’m hoping to get some new ideas for class, but if anything, I will be re-energized for teaching when I return. In honor of my trip, I played my “Miami” playlist today.
